Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PLEASE message me if you are unhappy with your item and we can discuss in further detail. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

I do my best to accurately describe and photograph each item for sale. Make sure to check your ring, neck, and wrist size before ordering.

If your jewelry arrives damaged: On rare occasions, packages can be handled roughly in the mail and result in damage to your order. If anything is damaged, please take a photo and email me immediately (within 3 days of package arrival) at AOArts.art@gmail.com so that we can discuss further.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, however if they are returned to our offices by the mail service, we will process a refund minus any shipping charges.
